The bathroom was immaculate and well-maintained. I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance to the airport limousine and public transport, as well as the seaport for easy access to nearby islands. Despite its location in a lively area, I was able to block out any noise with the help of earplugs. I would recommend Apa Hotel Kagoshima Tenmonkan for its spacious rooms, central location, and helpful staff.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The lobby was adorned with beautiful traditional Japanese artwork, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-lit and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and people-watching. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible with ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane.

I would have loved for there to be more organized activities or tours specifically designed for senior people. It would have been nice to have some options that catered to our interests and abilities.

We stayed at a hotel located right in front of the Shopping Street, which was great for access to shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and the room was clean, but it was very small and had an outdated decor. The breakfast was basic but adequate, with a limited choice of food. However, the biggest downside was the lack of public bath facility, which is a common amenity in Japan.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the nightlife and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement by offering more variety or options.
